Planning, installing and commissioning NetWatch systems are specialist tasks requiring a multidisciplinary approach to ensure the surveillance, IP network; physical and human factors are all properly considered and integrated in the system.
AR&T provide the following pre-sales training courses:
Pre-installation site trials can be arranged and provision is made for CCTV Consulting Engineers to discuss client requirements in confidence with AR&T, to ensure all aspects of the proposed CCTV infrastructure will integrate as required.
Meetings can be arranged between prospective and existing users to allow the benefits of NetWatch to be assessed first hand.
Comprehensive support packages can be arranged to ensure NetWatch provides long-term benefits.
Annual maintenance support is available and this will normally include free software upgrades.
Three levels of post sales support are offered:
Level 1: Telephone support
Level 2: Telephone support and interactive broadband support
Level 3: Telephone support, interactive broadband support and site attendance where necessary
