The Enterprise SMS, in conjunction with our mapping feature, Camera Interface Recorder servers and MIST servers, provides a real world co-ordinate system which places cameras within a map and plots the relative position of targets within a camera’s field of view. The tracking of lone guards is also possible using GPS phone data and plotting the guard’s position onto the same map.

Event and/or fault information can trigger the generation of SMS messages directly to a responder’s phone, dramatically reducing incident response times. Alternatively, if a response is not urgent, these triggers can be sent as emails.

Operator Usability

• Operate using the map tools
• Open camera views by clicking on map icons or in the camera FOV depicted on the map
